Lady Antebellum's Hillary Scott, who wed drummer Chris Tyrrell in January 2012, announced her pregnancy on December 7.
"Chris & I are excited to announce that our Christmas gift has arrived a little early this year!" Scott wrote on Twitter. "We are having a BABY! We feel so blessed!!!"
This exciting news is sure to please fans of the group, many of whom have eagerly embraced the romance between Scott and Tyrrell – the relationship even inspired one of Lady Antebellum's hit songs, "Just a Kiss."
Scott is known for her bold sense of fashion, which will likely inform her pregnancy clothing choices. Her preference for dark clothing and sleek little black dresses leaves her at the top of many best-dressed lists, and as her pregnancy progresses, Scott is sure to don a variety of garments that seamlessly blend comfort and style.
One thing that Scott may have to leave behind are her heels. The star has a fondness for striking pumps that, while perfect accessories to a chic ensemble, can be tough to wear during pregnancy. Regardless of what footwear she chooses, Scott will easily be a knockout as she prepares for the baby!
