Here’s the thing: When you are in the mood, your growing belly can get in the way of certain positions. Still, “as long as you have your doctor’s OK to have sexual activity, it’s really about finding what works for you,” says Lauren Streicher, MD, an associate professor of clinical obstetrics and gynecology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and author of Sex Rx. “But for the most part, if a sex position doesn’t hurt and is pleasurable, it’s fine.”
