Bathtime Baby Skincare

bath products

Like many of you, I’m a mom who is always looking to find products that are made of the most natural and organic ingredients, that are safe for the environment and gentle on baby’s skin. Bathtime Baby products check all the needs off my list.

Specifically, the Bathtime Baby line is paraben-free, glycol-free, and sulfate-free, hypoallergenic, contains no artificial fragrances or dyes, is cruelty-free, and vegan. All Bathtime products are scented with pure essential oils and extracts. The packaging is also worry free, featuring BPA and phthalate-free bottles. All this to say, that if you’re a discerning mom who studies ingredients like me, this skincare line for little ones may be a big win. Each of the line’s products range from $13 – $17.50.

My toddler and I used the Bubbly Bath Bubble Bath, Bathing Baby Hair and Baby Wash, and the Comfort Crème Soothing Crème products.

The scent of the bubble bath is pleasant and not overpowering or cloying. The texture, however is a bit different, almost gel-like, and it doesn’t produce as many bubbles as I’m used to, so we went through the bottle really quickly.

The hair and baby wash also had a light delicate scent and cleaned as expected. My little one had what I normally consider a minor soap-in-the-eye accident, but despite washing his eye thoroughly, even after his bath it was still bothering him. We have been a naturals-only family since the start and have never had anything like this happen. So this did frustrate me a bit.

Finally the soothing crème, which is made specifically for severely dry skin, is thick and has been helping my toddler maintain moisture during our dry winter. Overall, I’ve had a pleasant experience with Bathtime products. They work well, moisturize, and are super gentle on skin. I would just be wary of getting suds in your little one’s eyes.
