I love the Ollie & Bess Alligator Collection. The print is absolutely darling, easily one of my favorite prints/designs out there. We did not know the gender of our baby, and were being inundated with green/yellow, very gender neutral baby colored clothes. This is probably one of the reasons why I liked the alligator prints so much.
The Olllie and Bess Alligator Collection is the perfect gift for parents who are not choosing to find out the sex. There are alligators with pink bows and pink trim, but it is not overly feminine. The blue version just has blue trim and then blue alligator eyes. The set included a receiving blanket, body suit and hat. We liked them so much we ordered the gown, the crawler and the kimono set all in the alligator print in both blue and pink. These were the clothes we packed in our hospital bag for our newborn to wear home.
Additional perks are that the cotton fabric is soft and washes well. After a good amount of washes the print is still vivid, no signs of it fading. And the fastener snaps are sturdy- we’ve had no problems.
