Baby Oasis Sound Machine

I have two kids. One is my eater, and one is my sleeper. Can’t have both, right? My son, not the good sleeper, also happens to have his bedroom right off of the kitchen. It’s a terrible location considering bedtime is 7 p.m. and I hang out in the kitchen until I go to bed. Between cleaning up the kitchen, trying to hang out with my husband and having two dogs, I wouldn’t call it quiet. My son is a light sleeper, so a sound machine is not a luxury, it’s a necessity.

I received the Baby Oasis Sound Machine ($49.99)  and the first thing I noticed was how small and cute it is. It’s not something that my son would spot across the room and try to push all its buttons. It’s very discreet. It comes preloaded with 12 different beautiful sounds, or you can use your bluetooth connection and play music and sounds from your phone. While I do love this feature, I have been sticking to the sounds already on the SD card.

The speaker on this machine is amazing. I was really surprised at how clear it was. Some of the selections actually sound very real.  My son seems to prefer the Summer Night or Ocean Surf.  The battery can stay charged for 5-8 hours, which is plenty of time for your kid to fall asleep, wake up a few times, hear the soothing sound of your choice, and fall right back to sleep.

If you’re looking for a noise machine for your baby, look no further. The Baby Oasis is a one-stop shop because you can personalize it to exactly what you need. The look of it is very modern and will blend in well with any room. The clear sound will drown out any nearby noises, even banging pots and pans when cleaning up a kitchen at 10 p.m.
