"Cougar Town" star Busy Philipps made an exciting announcement on December 10 over Twitter, exclaiming that she and husband Marc Silverstein are expecting their second child.
"So this happened…," the 33-year-old starlet tweeted alongside a picture of her positive pregnancy test.
Philipps, who appeared on the Judd Apatow series "Freaks and Geeks," already has a 4-year-old daughter, famously named Birdie Lee.
"I only became a celebrity because I had a kid," Philipps told Babble in a 2010 interview. "Before I was pregnant nobody cared. I joke to my agent that having a baby made my career."
Philipps opted for a natural childbirth with her daughter, describing it as an "amazing" and "spiritual" experience. While she took different types of birthing classes to prepare for the baby, she noted that nothing truly prepared her for what it would be like.
In addition, while she was expecting, Philipps donned a variety of colorful and comfortable dresses, which gave her pregnancy clothing a unique look of its own!
During her second pregnancy, the star – who is godmother to Matilda Ledger, the daughter of actress Michelle Williams and the late Heath Ledger – is sure to show off plenty of great, inspirational styles for expectant moms.
