Busy Philipps, the blonde beauty who stars in “Cougar Town,” recently rocked her best maternity clothes
at the Norma Jean Gala in Hollywood, Calif. Now that winter is finally over, delicate spring fashions like Philipps’ have been showing up more frequently on the red carpet.

Scoop’s website show the actress wearing a comfortable-looking maxi dress with a belted empire waist and a bright floral pattern. An orange clutch and yellow strappy sandals completed the look and lent to the fresh, fun vibe of the outfit. Philipps’ minimal makeup allowed her inner glow to shine, while a casual updo kept her blonde locks out of her face.
Although the expectant mama looked radiant at the event, she admitted to E! News that her second pregnancy hasn’t been as easy.
“This one hasn’t been so relaxing,” the 33-year-old told the news outlet. “It’s harder and easier. It’s going faster because I have my kid and work and all kinds of things.”
Apparently, Philipps also gave away all of her sexy maternity dresses and baby gear, reports E!, so she’s had to start fresh this time around. At least she’s been getting to do a lot of shopping!
