Bump watch: Vince Vaughn and wife expecting second child

04/30/2013 by Pregnancy Contributor Leave a Comment

Funnyman Vince Vaughn will have something to smile about in the months to come, because this charismatic dad of one will become a father for the second time by the end of the summer!

Vaughn and his wife, Kyla Weber, a Canadian-born real estate agent, were married in a small ceremony in Chicago in 2010.

In December of that year, the happy couple welcomed their first child, daughter Locklyn Kyla. Now, they're bracing for an even busier household.

"This is the first time I've said anything," Vaughn, 43, said of his family's new addition during a recent appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show." "We're very excited. [She's due] August 5."

Following the 2010 birth of his daughter, Vaughn said that becoming a parent gave his life more purpose and made him feel grateful.

For Vaughn, who was known as a perennial bachelor and dated actress Jennifer Aniston, that was pretty big news!

The actor, who has appeared in hit films like "Wedding Crashers" and "The Break Up," seems like he wasn't just eager to settle down once he got involved with his wife. Looks like he was excited for diaper duty too!
