Kim Kardashian shows off baby bump in headline-worthy fashions

by Leave a Comment

Model and reality television star Kim Kardashian is no stranger to controversy, but the ravishing brunette – who is well-known for her cutting edge sense of style – has recently become the object of much media attention due to her outrageous maternity fashions!

Kardashian – who is reportedly expecting a baby girl in July with rapper-boyfriend Kanye West – was photographed on Feb. 22 wearing a black turtleneck top and form-fitting peplum pants that hugged the star's burgeoning belly a bit too snugly. The pants, which also featured a snakeskin print, were confining on Kardashian, who is famously known for her curvaceous figure.

However, on Feb. 24, Kardashian was snapped in a much more flattering ensemble. Donning a leather jacket and a slinky black dress that emphasized her growing bump, Kardashian looked radiant and demonstrated just how sexy maternity clothes are supposed to be done!

Kardashian isn't the only one in the family known for her keen sense of style: West has also created his own clothing line.

So, should their little one – who joins cousins Mason, 3, and Penelope, 7 months old – expect to get plenty of secondhand clothes by the time she enters the world? According to Kardashian, not if her fashion-forward pops has anything to say about it!

"If anyone knows Kanye, they just know how into fashion he is, and I think he's going to have things specially made," Kardashian said on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" in January. "So I don't think hand-me-downs are going to work."
