Tracy Anderson has been helping celebrities like Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Lopez and Gisele Bündchen tone their bodies for films, modeling gigs and TV shows for a long time. Now, she's opened up her offerings to include prenatal workout tips for moms who want to exercise while pregnant.
Tracy is going through a pregnancy of her own, and she recently shared some of her prenatal workout tips with FitSugar.com, bringing her baby bump along for the ride. In the workout video, she looked happy and comfortable in a tight black tank top, shiny capri leggings with a trendy snakeskin print and black sneakers.
Most of her moves feature exercises that stretch the backside, which tends to get sore during pregnancy. She says in the video there's no reason your "butt can't look as good as possible, for as long as possible" when pregnant.
Tracy and her husband, Matt Mogol, are expecting their little one sometime this month. This will be the second child for the cheerful trainer, who already has a 13-year-old son named Sam from her previous marriage, reports Celebrity Baby Scoop.
