One great tool for birthing persons is the doula. Hiring a doula can really help with questions, education and tools to work through blocks and birth questions. Doulas additionally offer support for the family during pregnancy, labor, birth and the postpartum period.

I’m not sure how I feel about it. It’s my first pregnancy. Heard alot of horror birth stories and read about some. But I just don’t know how much I can endure the pain. I think I can handle it. Preparing my mind for it.

I wasted my best years to get pregnant because of my fear to give birth. I so badly want to be a mother. I was recent pregnant, but it was ectopic. I am recovering from my experience. I lost my baby, and I almost died because I didn’t know enough about ectopic pregnancy. I was 9 weeks when it ruptured my tube.
