Watch as this laboring mom-to-be dances to avoid a c-section. When labor stalled, she flipped on Watch Me (Whip/Nae-Nae) and unknowingly created an inspiring video demonstrating how music and movement can help ease labor pain.
As reported by the New York Daily News, the East Point, Georgia woman was determined not to have a c-section. Her nurse advised squats, but happily filmed the new mom dancing between contractions instead.
The result: A vaginal birth of a healthy nine pound six ounce baby girl.
Note that the clinic says that each woman’s pain tolerance is different, so don’t feel that you have to get dance fever like this to deliver.
